The Grave Allegations

The Police Inquiry

These allegations come after what investigators called a “complex investigation” into reported assaults at two hospitals: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and Russells Hall hospital.

Spencer will appear at the local magistrates' court on 20 January.
